Go-live
Forward after-hours + no-answer, paste two snippets (chat + forms), connect PMS for direct write where permitted; otherwise, CRTX takes appointment requests or sends an online scheduling link.

Optional media services
If needed, CRTX + Marketing Consultants manage Google/Meta and feed back “High-Intent” and “Booking-Intent” learnings, although separate from the Agent decision and not required to start.
